Attracting Talent with Good Job Advert Writing

Finding the best talent is important to every company, but with all the adverts out there how do you write one that attracts candidates to apply?

  • Extra benefits of working for your company. Pensions, bonuses, health cover, holidays etc… All add up and will make the whole package more attractive.

  • Details of what is required of the person and role, education / experience level etc…
