Resourcing Manager

Job Purpose

To drive the identification and recruitment of the highest quality candidates to the front-line business. To contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning & Preparation
  • To adopt a pro-active and solution oriented approach at all times
  • To build annual recruitment plans with assistance from operations & unit managers
  • To be responsible for resourcing needs of assigned units
  • To operate a structured recruitment programme to fulfil business need.
  • To communicate recruitment schedule across the business
  • To confirm suitable venues for recruitment sessions
  • To schedule suitable time for role administration and process review
  • To schedule attendance and input for support team & unit manager meetings
  • To research & identify appropriate & high quality candidate pools
  • To research and maintain a cost-effective advertising process within the public domain
  • To screen applications & CVs received in a timely manner & in-line with our equal opportunities policy
  • To identify the best candidates & issue invites to recruitment sessions within agreed time limits
  • To deliver planned, regular recruitment sessions in line with operational needs.
  • To place successful candidates as required
  • To communicate with candidates and unit managers to ensure successful co-ordination of placements.
  • To ensure all relevant identification documentation is recorded in line with UK government regulations prior to confirming a candidate placement
  • To ensure all relevant company documentation is issued to the relevant unit within agreed time limits
  • To work as partners to the operations team and seek constant improvement to our resourcing processes
  • To manage additional activities and projects as agreed with HR Manager
  • To quality control recruitment process
  • To assess new employee performance and review recruitment process accordingly
  • To conduct exit interviews with team members & provide feedback to ops managers
  • To comply with all relevant UK & European employment law
  • To comply with all relevant UK & European health & safety law
  • To uphold benugo’s equal opportunities policy at all times
  • To conduct regular feedback meetings with unit & operational managers
  • To plan and attend structured unit visits to maintain understanding of operational recruitment needs and offer support to the management team
