Responsible for building, developing and operating sophisticated operating procedures and manuals, and training programmes
Duties and Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of service and the ability to provide top skills in customer care and the highest standards of service – both in style and warmth – within a high volume environment
- Responsibility for setting up management systems to ensure consistent efficient comprehensive controls, reporting and analysis for existing and future growth
- Full responsibility for developing impeccable and comprehensive operating manuals, standard operating procedures, training procedures
- Driving the highest standards while the company expands
- Responsibility for up to ten sites
- Achieving the agreed business plan and budgets
- Responsibility for building the business
- Management of all new openings
- Management Training and development
- General staff team building
- To work alongside the Head Chefs and the kitchen team to ensure the quality of the food and its delivery are to the highest standards
- General cost controls, meeting and beating targets and budgets
- General maintenance – security, cleanliness etc for all sites
