Job Purpose
To provide Training support at pub level to the different concepts within the business
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Training & development manager to provide concept specific training
- To ensure that the retail induction programme for bar and kitchen team members is fully implemented in the business.
- Develop ‘in-house’ coaches to ensure consistent high levels of company/concept training in each business
- Work alongside the Training House Manager’s, to ensure all new managers to the concepts, complete the management workbook so they are fully trained to company/concept standard
- Assist in the delivery of the Management Development Programme modules
- Deliver any additional training required by the business to develop the skills base and knowledge of the existing manager population
- Co-ordinate any additional external training requirements, such as Cellar training, Food hygiene etc
- Support the Concept’s with on site visits to give coaching and training support
