Area Manager

Job Purpose

An Area manager is responsible for the generation of turnover at the store through the implementation of marketing activities, preparation of budgets and targets, investigation of variances and the application of corrective actions.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading, inspiring and developing your sites and people
  • Delivering the customer with the highest standard of safety, quality and service
  • Driving sales and increasing profits
  • Reviewing business performance in line with budgetary control
  • Overseeing the opening of new restaurants
  • Motivating and supporting restaurant managers with specific issues, such as staffing and business management
  • Acting as a link between head office and unites
  • Standardizing systems and policies within outlets to meet the company’s overall style or image
  • Marketing and promotion of the business
