Need to screen applicants before they apply? You can do this by creating screening templates which you can use to ensure you only get the applications that are perfect for your vacancy.
Click here to create your screening template.
- Name your template and add the passing score.
- Click “add question”. Add your question in the input field (e.g.; How many years of experience do you have).
- You can choose if you want the answers as a single line of text, a drop down, yes/no, checkbox or paragraph field. You can also choose if you want the application to fail or pass depending on the answer the candidate provides. You can add multiple questions per template.
So now when you post a job, you can select the existing screening template at the bottom of the form.
Screening Questions without using a template
You don’t have to create a screening template to add screening questions. The template creation is good if you ask the same questions for several jobs.
- Start by posting a job
- After you fill out all forms relevant to your vacancy, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Now click on “submit question”
